  Paid for 2 Easter eggs clearly stated what name i would like on each one. Staff requested 15 minutes to put names on went back after 30 looked at eggs the names were on the wrong eggs when I explained what had happened i have never none such rude disinterested staff i had to walk out so not to spoil my manners. Then had to explain to my grandchildren why names were wrong. I will be ringing head office Monday.
